Published in Tom Bowling and Other Song Arrangements in 2001. This song is an arrangement for two voices and piano, written sometime before 15 March 1958, which is believed to be the first performance with Norma Procter, Pears and Britten (part of a concert in Düsseldorf). Britten originally intended to include it in Volume 5 of his folksong arrangements.
